1. Membership Terms

By enrolling in our programs, you agree to these terms and conditions. Membership fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except as specified below.

2. Payment Terms

• All prices exclude 5% VAT (added at checkout)
• Monthly fees are due on the 1st of each month
• Annual memberships include 1 month freeze period
• Late payment fees may apply after 7 days

3. Class Attendance

Students are expected to:

• Arrive on time for classes
• Wear appropriate training attire
• Follow instructor directions and safety protocols
• Respect fellow students and staff

4. Safety & Conduct

Safety is our top priority. Students must follow all safety guidelines and conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Violation of safety rules may result in suspension or termination of membership.

5. Refund Policy

• No refunds for unused classes or missed sessions
• Freeze periods available for annual memberships
• Medical emergencies may be considered for special circumstances

6. Holiday Schedule

We follow UAE public holidays. No classes will be held on official holidays. Make-up classes may be offered at our discretion.

7. Sibling Discounts

Sibling discounts apply as follows: 10% off for 2nd child, 15% off for 3rd child. Discounts apply to monthly and annual memberships.

8. Liability Waiver

Participation in martial arts activities involves inherent risks. By enrolling, you acknowledge these risks and agree to hold RAMA harmless for any injuries that may occur during training.
